General
The Agustín de Betancourt Foundation, as organizer of the World Infrastructure Forum (WIF), fully complies with applicable data protection legislation, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee (LOPDGDD), and current national regulations.
Security measures
The necessary technical and organizational measures have been implemented to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.

Acceptance of these terms involves the collection of the necessary data requested through the forms available on worldinfrastructureforum.org (currently, the waitlist form). Completing such forms implies the user's express consent to the inclusion of their data in the processing system.
The user is informed of: the recipient of the information, the purpose of the processing, the identity of the Foundation, and the right to exercise the rights recognized under the GDPR.
